Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the hivip platform — including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and any other gaming product offered at hivip.io — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the hivip Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the hivip platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your hivip account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and email address. • You must keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential.
• You must not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your hivip account, whether or not you have authorised that activity.

hivip reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, in circumstances including but not limited to suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hivip platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hivip accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed within your account dashboard and may be adjusted based on your account verification status.

All deposited funds are credited to your hivip account balance exclusively for the purpose of placing bets and participating in real-money games on the platform. hivip does not pay interest on player account balances. hivip account balances are not bank deposits and are not covered by any deposit protection scheme.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

General bonus conditions that apply across all hivip promotions unless otherwise stated include the following:

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the hivip platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.

Intellectual Property

All content on the hivip platform — including but not limited to the hivip brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of hivip or its licensed third-party providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hivip platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
